Fixing the Maximum Retail Prices of Vegetables, Apples, and Fish in
the Wellington Districts.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this eighteenth day of November,
1918.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by the
Regulation of Trade and Commerce Act, 1914, as amended by sec-
tion twenty-one of the Statute Law Amendment Act, 1917, His Excellency
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of that Dominion,
doth hereby fix and determine, in accordance with the provisions of the
Schedule hereto, the maximum retail prices of vegetables, apples, and
fish respectively within the City of Wellington, the Boroughs of East-
bourne, Karori, Lower Hutt, Miramar, Onslow, and Petone, the Town
Districts of Johnsonville and Upper Hutt, and the Counties of Hutt and
Makara.

SCHEDULE.

The maximum retail prices of vegetables, apples, and fish within the
City of Wellington, the Boroughs of Eastbourne, Karori, Lower Hutt,
Miramar, Onslow, and Petone, the Town Districts of Johnsonville and
Upper Hutt, and the Counties of Hutt and Makara shall be the standard
prices thereof on the 1st day of November, 1918β€”that is to say, in
respect of each locality the current price at which on that day goods of
