Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Paengaroa North B No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Paengaroa on Tuesday, the 26th day of November, 1918, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to A. Youngson shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whangaroa-Ngaiotonga No. 4A No. 5 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe on Thursday, the 5th day of December, 1918, at 1.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the Whangaroa-Ngaiotonga No. 4A No. 5 Block be sold to Valentine Herbert Blomfield and Steysel Ward Blomfield, of Rawhiti, farmers, at the price of £1 per acre.”

TAIERI COUNTY COUNCIL.
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND IN BLOCKS II AND XV, MAUNGATUA SURVEY DISTRICT, FOR THE PURPOSES OF A ROAD.
In the matter of the Counties Act, 1908, and the Public Works Act, 1908, and amendments thereof.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Taieri County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, and its amendments, to execute a certain public work—to wit, the construction of a road in Blocks II and XV, Maungatua Survey District; and that, for the purposes of such public work, the said County Council requires to take the land described in the Schedule hereto. And further notice is hereby given that a survey has been made and a plan has been prepared showing the land required to be taken for the aforesaid public work, and a copy of such plan is deposited in the public office of the Taieri County Council situate in Gordon Road, Mosgiel, also at the post-office at Berwick, and is there open for inspection by all persons during office hours.
All persons affected are hereby called upon to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said work or to the taking of the said land, and to send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Taieri County Council.
