Influenza declared to be an Infectious Disease.
LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
IN pursuance of section twelve of the Public Health Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the disease called or known as influenza to be an infectious disease within the meaning of the said Act.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this sixth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen.

LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
IN pursuance of section twelve of the Public Health Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the infectious disease of influenza to be a dangerous infectious disease within the meaning of the said Act.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this sixth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen.
