Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the
Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION NO. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori
Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the
owners of Taumarunui Township will be held, in pursuance
of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui
on Thursday, the 14th day of November, 1918, at 10 o’clock
in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following
proposed resolutions :—

“ (1.) That Lots 7 and 9, Block IX, Lot 10, Block IV, and
Lots 15 and 16, Block VIII, be sold to William Crawfurd
MacKnight for the sum of £2,000.
“ (2.) That Lot 13, Block VIII, and Sub. 2 of Lot 11,
Block VIII, be sold to Messrs. House and Daking (Limited)
for the sum of £2,000.
“ (3.) That Lot 7, Block VIII, and Sub. 1 of Lot 8,
Block VIII, be sold to William Thomas for the sum of
£2,000.
“ (4.) That Lot 1, Block IX, be sold to Messrs. Abraham
and Williams (Limited) for the sum of £1,000.
“ (5.) That Lot 6, Block VIII, be sold to the Bank of
Australasia for the sum of £250.
“ (6.) That Lot 11, Block IV, be sold to the Bank of New
Zealand for the sum of £250.
“ (7.) That Lot 2, Block XIVA, be sold to Frank Smith for
the sum of £300.
“ (8.) That Lot 3, Block XIVA, be sold to Gustav Ludwig
Winger for the sum of £300.”
