NOTICE is hereby given that the matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written will be considered at a meeting of the Aotea District Maori Land Board to be held at Wanganui on Tuesday, the 29th day of October, 1918, at 10.30 a.m.

APPLICATIONS FOR CONFIRMATION OF ALIENATIONS UNDER SECTION 218 OF THE NATIVE LAND ACT, 1909.

APPLICATION TO RECOMMEND HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL TO CONSENT TO MORTGAGE UNDER SECTION 230 OF THE NATIVE LAND ACT, 1909.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Orahiri 7c No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otorohanga on Thursday, the 14th day of November, 1918, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the land be sold to John Ormsby for the sum of £4 5s. per acre.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua 34B No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otorohanga on Thursday, the 14th day of November, 1918, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the land be sold to Robert Burns for the sum of £2 per acre.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Lot 15, Block XXV, Township of Otorohanga, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otorohanga on Thursday, the 14th day of November, 1918, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the land be sold to John Willis for the sum of £120.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kakepuku 9B 5; Section 1, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otorohanga on Thursday, the 14th day of November, 1918, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the land be sold to Arthur Mold for the sum of £386.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Kuiti 2B No. 1N (roads) will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Thursday, the 14th day of November, 1918, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the land be transferred to the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Te Kuiti to the end and interest that the said piece of land shall be for ever used as a public road or street.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waiwhakaata 1B No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Thursday, the 14th day of November, 1918, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—

“(1.) That the land be leased to John Charles Potts for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 2s. 6d. per.
