Trustees for the Waiuku Public Cemetery appointed.
LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section four of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
JAMES DEERNESS CHALMERS,
CHARLES JOHN HOSKING, and
WILLIAM SOMMERVILLE
to be trustees, in the place of John Hood, John Scott, and Caleb Hosking, deceased, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Waiuku Public Cemetery, in conjunction with John Thomas McNamara, William Joseph King, Alfred Martyn Barriball, William Hickey, and William Claude Motion, previously appointed.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this nineteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen.

Lands temporarily reserved in the Taranaki and Nelson Land Districts.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned :
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the lands in the Taranaki and Nelson Land Districts described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purposes in the said Schedule specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the lands so intended to be temporarily reserved.
SCHEDULE.
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 36 perches, more or less, being Section 62, Hua Village, Block II, Paritutu Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section 64, in the aforesaid village, 93 links ; towards the east by Section 63, in the aforesaid village, 327 links ; towards the south-east and south by King Street, 279 and 22·2 links ; and towards the south-west and west by Nugent Street, 22·2 and 400 links : be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/1/217, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered pink. For a gravel depot.
All that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 38 perches, more or less, being Section 101, Oakura Township, Block II, Wairau Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section 104 in the aforesaid township, 234 links ; towards the east by Sections 102 and 103 in the aforesaid township, 256 links ; towards the south by Wairau Road, 252 links ; and towards the west by McKellar Street, 163 links : be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/1/217A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered pink. For a gravel depot.
All that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less, being Section 34, Okato Township, Block VI, Cape Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Section 30 in the aforesaid township, 501 links ; towards the north-east by Section 35 in the aforesaid township, 200·54 links ; towards the south-east by Section 38 in the aforesaid township, 501·25 links ; and towards the south-west by Cumming Street, 200·75 links : be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/1/217B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered pink. For a gravel depot.
NELSON LAND DISTRICT.
All that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres, more or less, being Section 6, Block
IX, Hope Survey District. Bounded towards the north generally by part Section 74, Block IX aforesaid, 563 and 256·7 links ; towards the east by part Section 74 aforesaid, 1485·2 links ; towards the south generally by a public road, 291·1, 445·7, and 335 links ; and towards the west by part Section 74 aforesaid, 886·3 links : be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/1/219, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. For a resting-place for travelling stock.

Districts under the Poisons Act, 1908, constituted.
LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
WHEREAS it is expedient to abolish the districts assigned to the Registrars appointed under Part I of the Poisons Act, 1908, and to constitute other districts in lieu thereof :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by Part I of the Poisons Act, 1908, doth hereby abolish the said districts as at present constituted under the said Act, and in lieu thereof doth hereby constitute the districts with the names and descriptions as set forth in the Schedule hereto ; and also doth hereby direct that the Registrar of each such district shall have an office at the town or place mentioned in the second column of such Schedule opposite the name of the district.
