Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule
hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of
the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the sixteenth
day of November, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen,
at half past seven o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the
Mount Somers Library as the place where, the first meeting
of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.

MOUNT SOMERS DOMAIN.

ALL that area in Canterbury Land District, containing by
admeasurement 30 acres 1 rood, more or less, being reserve
numbered 1633, situate in Block XV, Alford Survey Dis-
trict, and bounded northward by Reserve 1632, also by the
road forming the southern boundary of that reserve and
Reserve 1631; eastward by the road forming the western
boundary of Rural Section 15202; southward by reserves
numbered 1832 and 2403; and westward by rural section
numbered 27148. As the same is delineated on the plan
marked L. 1473, deposited in the Head Office, Department
of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered
pink.

Also all that area in Canterbury Land District, contain-
ing by admeasurement 91 acres 3 roods, more or less,
being reserve numbered 2639, situate in Block XV, Alford
Survey District, and bounded north-eastward by Rural
Sections 17772 and 17773; south-eastward by Rural Section
26962; south-westward by the terrace of the River Ash-
burton; and north-westward by Rural Section 34048 and
by a public road: save and excepting thereout Reserve 2028
and a road-line, which are included in the above-described
boundaries. As the same is delineated on the plan marked
L. 1473A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands
and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered pink.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Rangiora
Domain

LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this eighth day
of October, 1918.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and
Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed "the said
Act"), it is enacted that the Governor-General may from
time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint
such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a
Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act,
control of such domain:

And whereas by an Order in Council made on the tenth
day of October, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, and
published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twelfth day of
October, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, a Domain
Board was appointed to control the Rangiora Domain:

And whereas the period for which the said Board was
appointed expired on the twentieth day of October, one
thousand nine hundred and eighteen:

And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a
Domain Board to control the said domain:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred
by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth
hereby appoint

HUGH BOYD,
JOHN WILKINSON FOSTER,
FREDERICK HORRELL,
CHARLES LEECH,
JOHN OTWAY JOSLING, and
WILLIAM ALEXANDER BANKS,

as from the twenty-first day of October, one thousand nine
hundred and eighteen, to be the Rangiora Domain Board,
having the control of the land described in the Schedule
hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of
the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the twelfth
day of November, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen,
at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the office of the
Secretary, Rangiora, as the place where, the first meeting
of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.

RANGIORA DOMAIN.

ALL that area in Canterbury Land District, containing by
admeasurement 10 acres, more or less, being reserve
numbered 132 (in red), Block VI, Rangiora Survey Dis-
trict. Bounded north-eastward by Rural Section 1623,
south-eastward by Rural Section 1197, south-westward by
the road north-east of Rural Section 1179, and north-
westward by the road south-east of Rural Section 2673.

Also all that area in Canterbury Land District, con-
taining by admeasurement 82 acres 2 roods, more or less,
being reserve numbered 1563 (in red), Block VII, Rangiora
Survey District. Bounded north-eastward by a road-line,
south-eastward by Rural Section 4758, south-westward by
Rural Sections 1197 and 1623, and north-westward by a
road-line; also that area bounded north-eastward by Rural
Sections 3025 and 12315, south-eastward by the Coldstream
Road and reserve numbered 142 (in red), south-westward
by the road north-east of Rural Sections 544 and 4758, and
north-westward by the road south-east of Rural Section
10645.

As the same are delineated on the plan marked L. 1184,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and
Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered pink.

Domain.

PAHI DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing
by admeasurement 7 acres 2 roods 8 perches, more or less,
being Section 102, Suburbs of Pahi (Block III, Hukatere
Survey District). Bounded towards the north-west by Sec-
tion 101, 892 links; towards the north-east by a public road
100 links wide, 254Β·8 and 439Β·3 links; towards the south-
east by Section 103, 1192 links; and towards the south-west
