REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pokohu B No. 3B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Matata on Tuesday, the 15th day of October, 1918, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—

“(1.) That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Isabella T. Grieve shall be agreed to; or
“(2.) That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Isabella T. Grieve shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rotomahana - Parekarangi No. 5B No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Matata on Tuesday, the 15th day of October, 1918, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to N. W. L. Mair shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pukaingataru B No. 17 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Oninepanea on Wednesday, the 16th day of October, 1918, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to M. G. Cruickshank shall be agreed to.”

“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to James S. Robertson shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Omanu No. 2B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tauranga on Saturday, the 19th day of October, 1918, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That a proposed alienation of portion of the land by way of lease to A. Skinner shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kiwi No. 11 Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wairoa on Tuesday, the 8th day of October, 1918, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the Kiwi No. 11 Block be sold to John Davey, of Frasertown, farmer, at a price equal to the present Government valuation of the said block.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Taumataoteo No. 22E Block, containing 2 acres 2 roods 30 perches, is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wairoa on Tuesday, the 8th day of October, 1918, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That a lease of the Taumataoteo No. 22E Block be granted to Arthur Joseph Davey, of Wairoa, stock agent, for a term of ten years at a yearly rental equal to the present Government valuation of the said land.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Hinewhaki No. 3 (part), containing 137 acres 2 roods 30 perches (approximate), is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wairoa on Tuesday, the 8th day of October, 1918, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the Hinewhaki No. 3 (part) be sold to Maude Mary Hamlin, wife of William Lyon Pratt Hamlin, of Wairoa, sheep-farmer, at a price equal to the present capital value of the said land.”
