REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rotokohu 5b No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Paeroa on Monday, the 7th day of October, 1918, at 9.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to Gladys Nicholson for the amount of the Government valuation.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Hikurangi Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Thames on Thursday, the 10th day of October, 1918, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be leased to Hohepa Mataitaua for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 5 per cent. on the Government valuation during the first twenty-one years, and five per cent. on the then unimproved value during the remaining twenty-one years.”

“ That the land be sold to F. E. Douglas for the amount of the Government valuation.”

“ That the land be sold to H. F. Purnell for the amount of the Government valuation.”
