SCHEDULE.
THE southern side of all that street situated in the Canterbury Land District, City of Christchurch, known as Hendon Street, commencing at its junction with Hills Road, and proceeding thence in a westerly direction to its termination at a point about 200 links west of Cleveland Street. As the said street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 44503A, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Extending Prohibition of Alienation of certain Native Lands other than Alienation in favour of the Crown.

At the Government House at Wellington, this seventeenth day of September, 1918.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, and by section one hundred and eleven of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913 (as amended by section eight of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1916), His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend for a further period of eighteen months the Order in Council dated the twenty-sixth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, and gazetted the twenty-ninth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, but only in so far as it affects the lands specified in the Schedule hereto, prohibiting all alienation of such lands other than alienation in favour of the Crown.

Vesting the Control of a Scenic Reserve in the Northcote Scenic Board.
LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section thirteen of the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand doth hereby extend the period for which the control of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto (being land reserved under the said Act) was vested in the Northcote Scenic Board, as constituted by notification dated the twenty-ninth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, and published in the Gazette of the seventh day of October, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, for three years from the twenty-ninth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, to the twenty-ninth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, subject to the trusts and conditions expressed in the said notification.
SCHEDULE.
NORTHCOTE SCENIC RESERVE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 23 acres 3 roods 39 perches, more or less, being Section 8, Block XII, Waitemata Survey District (Parish of Takapuna). Bounded towards the north-west by Lots 4, 3, 2, and 1 of Original Allotment 9 of the Parish of Takapuna, 1452 links; towards the north-east by Allotment 12 and Lot 25 of Original Allotment 11 of the aforesaid parish, 844·7 and 852·5 links; towards the south-east by Lots 29 and 30 and other parts of Original Allotment 7 of the aforesaid parish, 1447·6 links; and towards the south-west by Lot 4 of Original Allotment 4 and Lot 3 of Original Allotment 6 of the aforesaid parish, 1618 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 52698/44, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this fourteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen.

Revoking License permitting Payment of certain Fees in respect of Patents, Designs, and Trade-marks.
LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
WHEREAS by a Warrant dated the seventeenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, and issued in pursuance of the power conferred by the Royal Proclamations relating to trading with the enemy, license was given and granted to all persons resident, carrying on business, or being in New Zealand—
To pay any fees necessary for obtaining the grant or renewal of patents, or for obtaining registration of designs or trade-marks, or the renewal of such registration, in any enemy country;
And also to pay on behalf of an enemy any fees payable in New Zealand on application for or renewal of the grant of a patent, or on application for the registration of designs or trade-marks, or the renewal of such registration:
And whereas it is deemed desirable to revoke the said license:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance of the power conferred by the said Royal Proclamations, and of all other powers enabling me in that behalf, do hereby revoke the said license of the seventeenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, as from the nineteenth day of September now instant, and do hereby notify that all payments authorized by the said license are, as from the said date, prohibited under the Royal Proclamations relating to trading with the enemy.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this twelfth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen.

Postmasters appointed to take and receive Statutory Declarations.
PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the two-hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that the persons set out in the Schedule hereto, being persons holding the office of Postmaster under the Post and Telegraph Act, 1908, at the places set opposite their names in the said Schedule, are authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the two-hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908.
