SCHEDULE.

ALL that area comprised in the following schedule: Bounded generally to the south by road crossing from Cattle Camp at mouth of the Orewa River on the east coast, in Block VII, Waiwera Survey District; thence generally westerly along northerly side of road to Wade, Block XI, Waiwera Survey District, White Hills, Block X, Waiwera Survey District; thence to south and west of Waikahikatea Block, Block XI, Kaipara Survey District, to Kaukapakapa Railway-station, Block XI, Kaipara Survey District; and thence to Oyster Point, Ngapuke Creek, Block VI, Kaipara Survey District, eastern side of Kaipara Harbour, Waitemata County, on the east coast: and including all the area of New Zealand north of the above-described boundary-line, including the north-western portion of Waitemata County; also counties of Rodney, Otamatea, Hobson, Whangarei, Bay of Islands, Hokianga, Whangaroa, and Mongonui; together with all the islands adjacent to the boundaries of aforesaid counties.

As the same is more particularly delineated and coloured green upon the plan marked M.D. 4971, deposited in the office of the Minister of Marine at Wellington, in the Provincial District of Wellington, Dominion of New Zealand.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Member of His Majesty’s Most Honourable Privy Council, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor-General and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this eleventh day of September, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eighteen.

Appointing a Member of Assessment Court under the Valuation of Land Act, 1908.

LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this tenth day of September, 1918.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the Valuation of Land Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint the person mentioned in the Schedule hereto to be a member of the Assessment Court for the district set opposite his name.

Consenting to Stopping a Road in Block IX, Whangara Survey District, Cook County.

LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this seventeenth day of September, 1918.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by section one hundred and thirty-three (a) of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is enacted that a local authority shall not declare any county road or district road to be stopped until the consent thereto of the Governor-General, by Order in Council gazetted, is obtained:

And whereas the Cook County Council has applied for such consent in respect of the road described in the Schedule hereto:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Cook County Council stopping the road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road permitted to be stopped:—

3 2 34, adjoining or passing through Secs. 1 and 2, E.R.
0 3 15 ,, Waimata South No. 28.

Situated in Block IX, Whangara Survey District (Poverty Bay R.D.).

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 44763, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

Declaring a Road in Run 588, Tiger Hill and Manor Survey Districts, to be a Government Road.

LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this seventeenth day of September, 1918.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road declared to be a Government road: 29 acres 1 rood 20 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Run 588, Tiger Hill and Manor Survey Districts, Vincent County.

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 44769, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

Declaring a Road in Sutton District to be a Government Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this seventeenth day of September, 1918.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.
