Also all that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 16 perches, more or less, being Section 47A, Village of Mangere. Bounded towards the north generally by a public road along the Manukau Harbour, 90, 95, 200, and 375 links; towards the south by a public road 100 links wide, 405 and 300·5 links; and towards the west by a public road 100 links wide, 275 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1405/21, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland Plan 5735D, blue.)

Extending Prohibition of Alienation of certain Native Lands other than Alienation in favour of the Crown.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this tenth day of September, 1918.

Present :

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend for a further period of six months the Order in Council dated the twenty-fourth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, and gazetted the twenty-seventh day of September, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, prohibiting all alienation of the Native lands specified in the Schedule hereto, other than alienation in favour of the Crown.

Extending Prohibition of Alienation of certain Native Land other than Alienation in favour of the Crown.

At the Government House at Wellington, this tenth day of September, 1918.

Present :

ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, and by section one hundred and eleven of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913 (as amended by section eight of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1916), His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend for a further period of eighteen months the Order in Council dated the second day of April, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, and gazetted the nineteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, prohibiting all alienation of the Native land specified in the Schedule hereto other than alienation in favour of the Crown.
