Land taken for the Purposes of a Stream-diversion in Block
VIII, Orahiri Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto
is required to be taken, under the Public Works
Act, 1908, for a certain public work—to wit, for the pur-
poses of a stream-diversion in Block VIII, Orahiri Survey
District:
And whereas the Waitomo County Council has laid before
the Governor-General a memorial, accompanied by a map
in duplicate, and also the statutory declaration, as required
by the said Act:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of
Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zea-
land, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Counties Act, 1908, and the Public Works
Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise
enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for the purposes of the said stream-diversion, and shall
vest in the Corporation of the Chairman, Councillors, and
Inhabitants of the Waitomo County as from the date here-
inafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclama-
tion shall take effect on and after the fifth day of October,
one thousand nine hundred and eighteen.

poses of a road in Blocks VI and X, Waipu Survey District:
And whereas all the conditions precedent required by law
to be observed and performed prior to the taking of such
land for the purposes hereinbefore specified have been
observed and performed:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl
of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and
authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908,
and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling
me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the
land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
the purposes of a road; and I do also hereby declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-
first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the twenty-
seventh day of October, one thousand nine hundred
and fourteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the
twenty-ninth day of the same month, regulations were made
for trout-fishing in the Rotorua Acclimatization District, and
amended by an Order in Council dated the twenty-seventh
day of September, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen,
and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the thirtieth
day of the same month: And whereas it is desirable to
amend the said regulations of the twenty-seventh day of
October, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of
the power and authority conferred upon him by the Fisheries
Act, 1908, and its amendments, and of all other powers and
authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and
