ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this sixth day of
August, 1918.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
On the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase
Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-
three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the
power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section,
His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of
the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend for a
further period of six months the Order in Council dated the
twenty-fifth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and

Fixing the Dates and Place for the Payment of Land-tax and
Income-tax under the Land and Income Tax Act, 1916, the
Finance Act, 1917, and the Finance Act, 1918.

LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this thirtieth
day of July, 1918.
Present:
The Honourable Sir James Allen, K.C.B., Presiding
in Council.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authority
vested in him under the Land and Income Tax Act,
1916, the Finance Act, 1917, and the Finance Act, 1918,
His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of
the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
order and determine that the respective duties leviable under
the said Acts by way of land-tax and of income-tax shall be
paid on the days and dates set forth hereunder:—
Land-tax under section five of the Finance Act, 1918 :
In one sum on Friday, the eighth day of November,
one thousand nine hundred and eighteen.
Income-tax under section six of the Finance Act, 1918,
and special war-tax under section seven of the Finance
Act, 1918 : In one sum on Wednesday, the fifth day
of February, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen.
And, in further pursuance and exercise of the powers and
authority aforesaid, and with the like advice and consent as
aforesaid, His Excellency doth also determine that the place
where the said duties of land-tax and income-tax shall be
payable shall be the office of the Commissioner of Taxes at
the Government Buildings, Wellington, and that notice to
the foregoing effect shall be given by the said Commissioner
accordingly.
