Also all that area in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 12 acres 2 roods 20 perches, more or less, being part of Section 10, Block IV, Invercargill Hundred. Bounded towards the north-east by other part of Section 10, Block IV, Invercargill Hundred, 2277·6 links ; towards the east by Section 9 of said block, 675 links ; towards the south generally by the Waihopai River, 2850 links ; and towards the west by Elles Road, 520 links.
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same are delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 400/41, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Amending Regulations for the New Zealand Army Ordnance Department and the New Zealand Army Ordnance Corps.
LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authority conferred on me by the Defence Act, 1909, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby amend, in the manner and to the extent set forth in the Schedule hereto, the regulations for the New Zealand Army Ordnance Department and the New Zealand Army Ordnance Corps, made on the first day of February, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the seventh day of June of the same year; and I do hereby declare the amendments hereby made shall have effect as from the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
SCHEDULE.
PART I.
NEW ZEALAND ARMY ORDNANCE DEPARTMENT.
Establishment.
(I.) PARAGRAPH 4 is hereby cancelled, and the following substituted :—
“4. The Inspectorial Staff of the said Department shall consist of—
“(a.) The Inspector of Ordnance Machinery, graded as Ordnance Officer, 3rd Class;
“(b.) The Inspector of Engineer, Electric - light, and Defence Vessels’ Stores, graded as Ordnance Officer, 3rd Class;
“(c.) Proof Officer, Small-arms Ammunition, graded as Ordnance Officer, 3rd Class.”
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this eighteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen.
