SCHEDULE.
SPRINGDALE DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres, more or less, being Section 3, Block XI, Waitoa Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Sections 1A and 1 in the aforesaid Block XI, 1000 links; towards the north-east by the aforesaid Section 1, 1000 links; towards the south-east by Section 5 (school-site) and Section 4 (creamery-site), 1000 links; and towards the south-west by a public road, 1000 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on plan marked L. and S. 1/627, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland Plan No. 16433.)

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Waione Domain.

LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this twenty-second day of December, 1917.

Present:

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain:

And whereas by an Order in Council made on the fifth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and ten, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the eighth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and ten, a Domain Board was appointed to control the Waione Domain:

And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the fourth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen:

And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the said domain:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

CHARLES MORRICE WEAVERS,
ARTHUR EDWARD BURNETT,
WILLIAM PECK, and
ERNEST WILLIAM RUSSELL

to be the Waione Domain Board, having the control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the twenty-sixth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Schoolhouse, Waione, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.


SCHEDULE.
WAIONE DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 6 acres, more or less, being Section No. 14, Block III, Mount Cerberus Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 1, towards the south-east by the Alfredton-Weber Road, and towards the north-west by Section No. 2. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1059, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Glenorchy Domain.

SCHEDULE.
GLENORCHY DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 23 acres 0 roods 37 perches, more or less, being Section 1, Block XX, Town of Glenorchy. Bounded towards the north generally by a road reserve along Lake Wakatipu, towards the south-east by Cantyre Street and by Mull Street, and towards the south-west by Oban Street. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1417/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Edendale Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this twenty-second day of December, 1917.

Present:

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred by the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke an Order in Council, dated the tenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, appointing a Domain Board to have control of the Edendale Domain, and doth hereby appoint

THE EDENDALE TOWN BOARD

to be the Edendale Domain Board, having, subject to the said Act, control of the Edendale Domain described in the Schedule hereto; and also doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the twelfth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Edendale Public Hall as the place where, the first meeting of the said Board shall be held.


SCHEDULE.
EDENDALE DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, being part of Lot 235, portion of Original Section 7, Block II, Mataura Hundred. Bounded towards the north-east by other part of Lot 235, 748·8 links; towards the south-east by parts of Lot 251, 703·3 links; towards the south-west by the Invercargill-Edendale Road, 680·2 links; and towards the north-west by other part of said Lot 235, 700 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1404/15, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
