Land set apart for Selection.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section sixty-three of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1913, it is, amongst other things, enacted that in no case shall any moneys be expended under the provisions of the said section sixty-three in connection with any block of land, unless that block is set apart for selection under that section pursuant to Proclamation in that behalf:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the purposes of the aforesaid Act, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land described in the Schedule hereto as set apart for selection.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
Te Aroha Block.
SECTIONS 1 to 19 (inclusive), Block LX; Sections 1 to 3 (inclusive), 5 to 19 (inclusive), and 21 to 54 (inclusive), Block LXI; Sections 1 to 40 (inclusive), Block LXII; and Sections 1 to 29 (inclusive), Block LXIII; Te Aroha Township: Area, 42 acres 1 rood 35·8 perches.
As the same is delineated upon the plan marked L. and S. 5/96, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this ninth day of June, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seventeen.

Settlement Lands set apart for Disposal by Way of Sale or Lease to Discharged Soldiers, on Special Tenures, in the Wellington Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the settlement lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, on special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of the Waiuku Branch of the North Island Main Trunk Railway to take further land in Drury Survey District, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 roods 7 perches.
Portion of Section 26, Puni Parish, and Lot 8, Section 38, Pukekohe Parish, Block X, Drury Survey District. (S.O. 19490.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 42015, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner and lessees of the land described in the First Schedule hereto, proclaim as a road the land in Tuhua Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road described in the First Schedule hereto.
