matter of J. A. STEPHEN (LIMITED), a company duly
incorporated and carrying on business at Methven as
a Storekeeper.

BY an order made by His Honour Mr. Justice Denniston
in the above matter dated the 25th day of May, 1917,
on the petition of William Davidson and Henry Hamilton
WauchoP, of Christchurch, carrying on business together
under the style or firm of “Davidson & WauchoP” as Mer-
chants, it was ordered that the said J. A. Stephen (Limited)
be wound up by the Supreme Court of New Zealand under
the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908.

WINDING-UP.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908; and in the
matter of the N.Z. FLOUR AND PRODUCE AGENCY COM-
PANY (LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given that at a special general meet-
ing of the N.Z. Flour and Produce Agency Company
(Limited) duly convened and held at Christchurch on the
third day of May, 1917, the undermentioned special reso-
lution was duly passed, and at a subsequent special general
meeting of the said company also duly convened and held
at the same place on the 24th day of May, 1917, the said
special resolution was duly confirmed.

Resolution.

“That the N.Z. Flour and Produce Agency Company
(Limited) be wound up voluntarily.”

In the matter of the Partnership Act, 1908.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto
existing between FRANCIS FOWLER and FREDERICK
STOKES, both of Auckland, Plumbers, carrying on business
under the name of “F. & W. Fowler,” is dissolved by
mutual consent as from the first day of May, 1917.
