Declaring Portion of Waioeka to Matawai Road, in the Waikohu County, to be a County Road.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this fourteenth day of May, 1917.
Present:
THE HONOURABLE SIR JAMES ALLEN, K.C.B., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of the Waioeka to Matawai Road, in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Waikohu County, commencing at a point near the south-western corner of Section 2, Block IX, Motu Survey District, at its junction with the Motu Valley Road, and running generally in a north-westerly direction through the said Section 2, and terminating at the north-western boundary of the said Section 2, on the boundary between the Waikohu and Opotiki Counties ; being a distance of five miles and a half, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 42238, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Rimuputa Road, in the Whangamomona County, to be a County Road.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of Rimuputa Road, in the Taranaki Land District, Whangamomona County, commencing at its junction with Tahoma Road, and proceeding thence generally in a north-easterly direction, adjoining or passing through Sections part 2, 1, and part 12, Block VI, Pouatu Survey District, and terminating in the said Section 12 at a point about five chains north of the boundary between Sections 1 and 12, Block VI aforesaid ; being a distance of 1 mile 14·5 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 42136, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red and marked A B.

ALL that portion of Mangatoro Road, in the Taranaki Land District, Clifton County, commencing at a point about five chains north of its junction with Tongaporutu-Mangaroa Road, and proceeding thence generally in a north-easterly direction, adjoining or passing through Sections part 11, 9 E.R., 32, 34, Block IX, Mimi Survey District, and terminating at the north-eastern corner of the said Section 34 ; being a distance of 3 miles 5 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 42205, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Te Kuiti—Mokau Road, in the Awakino County, to be a County Road.

ALL that portion of Te Kuiti—Mokau Road, in the Auckland Land District, Awakino County, commencing at a point in Section S.W. 2, Block V, Awakino East Survey District, about two miles west of Ngatarawa Road Junction, and proceeding thence generally in a north-easterly direction, passing through Blocks V, VI, II, and III, Awakino East Survey District, and terminating at Mangaotaki Bridge, in Karu-o-te-whenua B No. 2B No. 6, Block III aforesaid, being a distance of 7 miles 77 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 40105, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured black.
