seventeen, accordingly; and doth hereby declare that this Order in
Council shall come into operation on the date of the publication thereof
in the Gazette.

SCHEDULE.

  1. CLAUSE 5 of the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council of the 5th day
    of February, 1917, is hereby revoked, and the following clause substituted therefor:—
    “5. This Order in Council shall not apply to a contract for the sale
    of machine-dressed seed-wheat, and shall not apply to a contract for the
    sale of any other seed-wheat, if such contract is made with the knowledge and approval of the Board of Trade.”
  2. The maximum price per bushel in any month of machine-dressed
    wheat, sold as seed-wheat and intended to be used as such, shall be 1s.
    more than the maximum price per bushel, during that month, of wheat
    (not being seed-wheat, but otherwise of the same kind), sold on the same
    terms and conditions as to delivery and otherwise, as fixed by the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council of the 5th day of February, 1917.
