Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Owhatiura South No. 6A will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ohinemutu, Rotorua, on Tuesday, the 3rd day of July, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to George William Vaughan shall be agreed to; or, in the alternative
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to George William Vaughan shall be agreed to.”
Dated at Rotorua this 3rd day of May, 1917.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whakapoungakau No. 1B No. 3F will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ohinemutu, Rotorua, on Tuesday, the 3rd day of July, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to George William Vaughan shall be agreed to; or, in the alternative
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to George William Vaughan shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Arthur William Gillies shall be agreed to; or, in the alternative
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Arthur William Gillies shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to William Henry Frost shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed alienation of portion of the land by way of sale to John Watt shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Heruiwi No. 4A No. 2B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ohinemutu, Rotorua, on Tuesday, the 3rd day of July, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land or any part thereof shall be accepted.”

“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land or any part thereof shall be accepted.”
