Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Lot 6A, Parish of Matata, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ohinemutu, Rotorua, on Tuesday, the 3rd day of July, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Raharui Pururu shall be agreed to.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tihiotonga C will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ohinemutu, Rotorua, on Tuesday, the 3rd day of July, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Lockie Gannon shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Okataina No. 5 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ohinemutu, Rotorua, on Tuesday, the 3rd day of July, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land or any part thereof shall be accepted.”

“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to William Henry Smith shall be agreed to; or, in the alternative
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to William Henry Smith shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Katherine H. Hampson shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Percy C. Robinson shall be agreed to.”
