Waitapu Survey District, Takaka County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William
de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of
the owner and mortgagees of the land described in the
First Schedule hereto, and of the Takaka County Council,
being the local authority in whose district the said land
is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Waitapu
Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and
also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim
as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto,
which is not required by reason of the road described in
the First Schedule hereto.


FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road :
2 acres 2 roods 32 perches.
Portion of Section 37, “Takaka.”
Coloured on plan: Pink.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 3 acres.
Adjoining or passing through Section 37, “Takaka.”
Coloured on plan: Green.

All situated in Block IX, Waitapu Survey District
(Nelson R.D.).

All in the Nelson Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 41915,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and
thereon coloured as above mentioned.
