Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Taumata Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Hastings on Thursday, the 12th day of April, 1917, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“That the land be—(a) Sold to Kauru Karaitiana at a price of £10 per acre for the actual area remaining—i.e., not washed away—at time of sale; (b) leased to Kauru Karaitiana for a term of twenty-one years from the 1st day of December, 1916, at a rental of 10s. per acre per annum for the actual area remaining—i.e., not washed away—at the date of the lease.” (Dolan, Hallett, and Major.)

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Porangahau 2B No. 20 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Waipawa on Thursday, the 12th day of April, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“That the land be leased to Myra Fanny White for a term of twenty-one years from 1st day of October, 1916, at a rental of £1 10s. per acre per annum for first ten years and 5 per cent. on Government valuation in 1926, less value of improvements effected by the lessee, for residue of term, provided that the rental for the whole term be not less than £1 10s. per acre per annum.” (Carlile, McLean, Scannell, and Wood.)
