REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Manukawhitikitiki 1A 3 Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Gisborne on Thursday, the 12th day of April, 1917, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the proposed sale of Manukawhitikitiki 1A 3 Block to Charles Hardley Wilmot Parker at the Government valuation of the owners’ interest shall be agreed to.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Nuhaka 2F 2A 7 Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wairoa on Wednesday, the 18th day of April, 1917, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“ (1.) That the Board be requested to recommend that the Order in Council making the above-described land subject to Part XVI of the Native Land Act be revoked.
“ (2.) That the said land be sold to Hugh Marshall, of Wairoa, sheep-farmer, at or for the price of £3 per acre, or alternatively
“ (3.) That the said land be leased to the said Hugh Marshall for a term of twenty-one years at a rental of 3s. 6d. per acre, with a right of renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at a rental equivalent to 5 per centum on the then unimproved value of the land.”
