APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped : 1 acre 1 rood 25 perches.

Adjoining or passing through E.R. 130, Mangatete Parish, Block XI, Rangaunu Survey District (S.O. 19249).

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 41373, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael andSaint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this twelfth day of March, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seventeen.

WHEREAS by paragraph (c) of section one hundred and thirty-three of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may, by Proclamation publicly notified, stop or alter the course of any Government road or any part thereof:

And whereas the Government road described in the Schedule hereto is no longer required for the purpose of a road:

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim as stopped the road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 3 roods 12.4 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Section 2, Block XV, Aria Survey District (Taranaki R.D.).

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 41230, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured green.
