Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ngapakihi No. 1z will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Raetihi on Tuesday, the 3rd day of April, 1917, at 12 o'clock noon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:

"That George Syme and Co. (Limited), of Hawera, sawmillers, be granted the right to construct, maintain, and use a tramway across the said land for a term of eight years at an annual rental of £5, with a right of renewal for a further two years at a rental of £7 10s. per annum." THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Morikau No. 1, Ranana, and Ngarakauwharara Blocks will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Hiruharama on Thursday, the 5th day of April, 1917, for the purpose of elect ng a new Committee of Management under the provisions of section 292 of the Native Land Act, 1909, and the regulations thereunder.
