Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Taku No. 4 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Raetihi on Tuesday, the 3rd day of April, 1917, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be leased to Rangi Taurerewa for a term of forty-two years; rent for first twenty-one years at 5 per cent. on the capital value, remainder of term at 5 per cent. on the then unimproved Government valuation.”

Dated at Wanganui this 13th day of March, 1917.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ngapakihi 2b 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Raetihi on Tuesday, the 3rd day of April, 1917, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the timber on the said land be leased to Francis John Carter, of Ohakune, sawmiller, for £10 per acre, payable by half-yearly instalments of 13s. 4d. per acre during seven years and a half.”

Dated at Wanganui this 13th day of March, 1917.
