Land proclaimed as a Road in Block XIII, Wataroa Survey District, Westland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the Westland County Council, being the local authority in whose district the land described in the Schedule hereto is situated, proclaim as a road the land described in the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 10 acres 1 rood 21 perches.
Portion of education reserve, Section 124, Block XIII, Wataroa Survey District.
In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 5/88A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this thirtieth day of December, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owners of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Thames and Ohinemuri County Councils, being the local authorities in whose districts the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land described in the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 6 acres 3 roods 24 perches.
Portion of D.P. 7492, Manuka Block, Block VII, Waihou Survey District.
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/413, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured purple. (Auckland Plan No. 15786 blue.)
