HILLSBOROUGH DOMAIN, SELWYN COUNTY.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing
by admeasurement 8 acres 3 roods 5 perches, more or less,
being part of Rural Section No. 91, Block XVI, Christchurch
Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Lots 12,
13, 14, on D.P. 1261, 1474·3 links; thence towards the north-
east by Opawa Road, 215·4 links; thence towards the south-
east and south by other part of Rural Section 91, 434 links,
185·2 links, and 1254·5 links respectively; and thence towards
the west by a public road, 624·3 links: be all the aforesaid
linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan
marked L. and S. 1/222, deposited in the Head Office, Depart-
ment of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this ninth day of
January, 1917.
Present :
His Excellency the Governor in Council.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and
Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said
Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to
time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such
persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain
Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of
such domain :
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the four-
teenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and
nine, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the
sixteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and
nine, a Domain Board was appointed to control the Kiri-
kiri oa Domain :
And whereas the period for which the said Board was
appointed expired on the thirteenth day of December, one
thousand nine hundred and sixteen :
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a
Domain Board to control the domain :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers con-
ferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby appoint
HARRY MARSLAND,
ARTHUR MORRIS,
ANDREW ALEXANDER KAY,
BERNARD ANDREW SMITH, and
THOMAS PATERSON
to be the Kirikiri oa Domain Board, having control of the
land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and
subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby
appoint Wednesday, the twenty-fourth day of January, one
thousand nine hundred and seventeen, at half past seven
o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Town Board Office,
Ngaruawahia, as the place where, the first meeting of the
Board shall be held.

KIRIKIRIOA DOMAIN, WAIPA COUNTY.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, being Sections
Nos. 173 and 174, Suburbs of Newcastle North, Block VII,
Newcastle Survey District, and containing by admeasurement
10 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the north-east by
Section No. 175, Suburbs of Newcastle North, 1000 links; to-
wards the south-east by Section No. 187, Suburbs of Newcastle
North aforesaid, 1000 links; towards the south-west by a
public road, 1000 links; and towards the north-west by a
public road, 1000 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or
less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1240,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wel-
ington, and thereon edged red.

subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and
doth hereby appoint Monday, the twenty-ninth day of
January, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, at half
past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the School-
house, Foxhill, as the place where, the first meeting of the
Board shall be held.

WAI-ITI DOMAIN.
ALL that area in Block XV, Wai-iti Survey District, Nelson
Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres 0 roods
4 perches, more or less, and being part of the land conveyed
to the Superintendent of the Province of Nelson as part of
Section No. 156 of Waimea South Original District, which
said Section No. 156 was part of the land originally Crown-
granted as Section No. X of Waimea South Original Dis-
trict. Bounded towards the north-west by the Nelson-
Glenhope Railway, 779·5 links; towards the north-east by
Section No. 155 of the before-mentioned Waimea South
Original District, 471·8 links; towards the south-east by a
road, 674·8 links; and towards the south-west by a road,
702·2 links and 202·2 links: be all the aforesaid linkages
more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked
L. 1363, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands,
at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

WHEREAS, there being no Harbour Board empowered
to grant the license hereinafter mentioned under
the Harbours Act, 1908 (hereinafter called “the said Act”),
the Raglan County Council (hereinafter called “the Council”)
has applied to the Governor in Council for a license under
the said Act to occupy a part of the foreshore and land
below low-water mark in Whaingaroa Harbour, in order to
erect and maintain a wharf and shed thereon; and, in accord-
