MAORI LAND ADMINISTRATION NOTICES.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maungatautari 4B 7, Section 3B No. 2, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Morrinsville on Monday, the 19th day of March, 1917, at 12 o’clock noon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“ (1.) That the land be sold to Kahurangi Eru Kaka for the sum of £1 10s. per acre.
“ (2.) That the land be leased to Kahurangi Eru Kaka for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 1s. 6d. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and five per cent. on the unimproved value during the remaining twenty-one years.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maungatautari 4B 3 and 6, Section 7, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Morrinsville on Monday, the 19th day of March, 1917, at 12 o’clock noon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to Moeakau Rangitaratara for the amount of the Government valuation.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto A 21A No. 2B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Putaruru on Monday, the 19th day of March, 1917, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to Charles W. Swainson for the sum of £1 2s. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 2A will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui on Tuesday, the 20th day of March 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be leased to George Edward Ernest Bateman for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 1s. 9d. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 3s. 6d. per acre during the remaining twenty-one years.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua 2D No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui on Tuesday, the 20th day of March, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to James Pederson for the sum of 17s. 6d. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua 2D No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui on Tuesday, the 20th day of March, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“ (1.) That the land be leased to James Pederson for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 1s. 3d. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 5 per cent. on the unimproved value during the remaining twenty-one years.
“ (2.) That the land be leased to Warahi te Whiutahi on similar terms.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pukeroa-Hangatiki 4C 3A No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Wednesday, the 21st day of March, 1917, at 9 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the eastern portion of the block containing 444 acres, be leased to Harry Bate for a term of fifty years at an annual rental of 1s. 6d. per acre during the first twenty-five years, and 3s. per acre during the remaining twenty-five years.”

“ That the land be sold to Edith A. Howe for the sum of £1 12s. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua 74B 6G 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Wednesday, the 21st day of March, 1917, at 9 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“ (1.) That portion of the block, containing 2,562 acres, be sold to William Standish for the sum of £1 15s. per acre.
“ (2.) That the balance of the block, containing 1,499 acres, be sold to Frank R. H. Brice for the sum of £1 15s. per acre.”
