Stocks of Flour, Wheat, and Oats.

A CENSUS of stocks of flour, wheat, and oats was taken as at the 30th November, and the results are given in the tables appended hereto. Returns were received covering all stocks in the hands of millers, merchants, and farmers, with a few minor exceptions which would not appreciably affect the total.
