HIS Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to approve of the appointments, promotions, and transfers of the undermentioned officers on active service with the N.Z. Expeditionary Force (vide List No. 51, N.Z. Expeditionary Force Orders).

AUCKLAND MOUNTED RIFLES.

Captain J. H. Herrold relinquishes the appointment of Officer in Charge, N.Z. Records Subsection, Alexandria, on return to Regimental duties, and ceases to be seconded. Dated 19th August, 1917.

2nd Lieutenant R. W. Colbeck to be Lieutenant. Dated 1st August, 1917.

Captain J. S. Barker relinquishes the appointment of A.D.C. to G.O.C., Desert Mounted Corps, and ceases to be seconded. Dated 27th August, 1917.

Major R. T. Bruce is appointed G.S.O., 3rd Grade of a British formation, and is seconded from his unit whilst so employed. Dated 9th August, 1917.
