NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR A ROAD THROUGH PART OF SECTIONS 12 AND 13, BLOCK XIV, WAOKU SURVEY DISTRICT.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, and amendments thereto, by the Hokianga County Council, to execute a certain public work—to wit, the widening of a public road through part of Sections 12 and 13 of Block XIV, Waoku Survey District; and for the purpose of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken.

And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the said road and of the land required to be taken is deposited for public inspection at the office of the Hokianga County Council, Rawene; and notice is also hereby given that all persons affected by the execution of such public work or the taking of such land shall, if they have any well-grounded objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, within forty days from the date hereof (being the first publication of this notice), to the Council Office, Rawene.
