for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolu-
tion :—
“ That the land be sold to George Price and James
McCormick for the amount of the Government valuation.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto
Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting
of the owners of Hapurukahu A will be held, in pursuance of
Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Thames on
Thursday, the 13th day of December, 1917, at 2 o’clock in
the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following
proposed resolution :—
“ That the land be sold to George Cribb for the sum of
£9 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto
Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of
the owners of Rae-o-te-papa North F will be held, in pur-
suance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at
Thames on Thursday, the 13th day of December, 1917, at 2
o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the
following proposed resolution :—
“ That the land be leased to Irene Maude Brenan for a
term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 5s. per acre
during the first twenty-one years, and 5 per cent. of the
unimproved value during the remaining twenty-one years.”

of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Thames on
Thursday, the 13th day of December, 1917, at 2 o’clock in
the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following
proposed resolutions :—
“ (1.) That the land be sold to Charles Armstrong McColl
for the sum of £3 5s. per acre, or at the price of a special
Government valuation, whichever be the greater.
“ (2.) That the land be sold to Thomas Edward Tasker for
the sum of £4 per acre.”

“ That the land be sold to Peke Tupaea for the sum of
£1 5s. per acre.”
