NOTICE is hereby given that the matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written will be considered at a meeting of the Ikaroa District Maori Land Board to be held at Puketeraki on Wednesday, the 5th day of December, 1917, at 10.30 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as the business of the Board will allow.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maraetai No. 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Auckland on Monday, the 10th day of December, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That portion of the land not comprised in the lease to James McGinty, and also excepting 5 acres for a cemetery and 15 acres for a reservation for the Native owners, be leased to Victor Adolphus Collins for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 5 per cent. on the present Government valuation during the first twenty-one years, and 5 per cent. of the then Government valuation during the remaining twenty-one years. All improvements to revert to owners without payment of any compensation.”

Dated at Auckland this 17th day of November, 1917.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Lot 213, Parish of Whangamarino, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Thames on Thursday, the 13th day of December, 1917, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the land be sold to Geoffrey Hilton Beale for the sum of £153.”
