In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 42479, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor-General and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this nineteenth day of November, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seventeen.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Blocks VII, X, and XI, Maungamangero Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the Public Works Act, 1908, for a certain public work—to wit, for the purposes of a road in Blocks VII, X, and XI, Maungamangero Survey District:
And whereas all the conditions precedent required by law to be observed and performed prior to the taking of such land for the purposes hereinbefore specified have been observed and performed:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen.

And whereas all the conditions precedent required by law to be observed and performed prior to the taking of such land for the purposes hereinbefore specified have been observed and performed:

In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 42809, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered pink.

Amending Regulations for Trout-fishing in the Auckland Acclimatization District.

LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this twelfth day of November, 1917.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the thirtieth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 124, of the second day of the following month, regulations were made for trout-fishing in the Auckland Acclimatization District and waters thereof:
And whereas by Order in Council dated the eighth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 154, of the eleventh day of the same month, clause eight of the said regulations of the thirtieth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, was revoked and a fresh clause eight substituted therefor:
And whereas it is desirable to further amend the said regulations:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred on him by section eighty-three of the Fisheries Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke clause eight made by the
