Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rotohokahoka D North No. 7, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVI of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otinemu tu, Rotorua, on Wednesday, the 7th day of November, 1917, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Francis Charles Wnyteross shall be agreed to.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners.

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of the Tongio South Block will be held at Tongio on Wednesday, the 31st day of October, 1917, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering what action should be taken by the Ikaroa Maori Land Board by way of lease or otherwise to deal with the land.

APPLICATION having been made to me to register a dealing affecting Memorandum of Lease No. 4491, of Section 13, Block XII, Woodville Survey District, comprised in certificates of title, Vol. 29, folio 1, and Vol. 42, folio 269, whereof Charles Robert Palmer is the registered lessee, and evidence having been furnished of the loss or destruction of the outstanding duplicate of the said lease, I hereby give notice that I will dispense with the production of the said outstanding duplicate lease, and register the dealing, as requested, on the 2nd day of November, 1917.
