LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

WHEREAS a dealing has been presented for registration affecting Sublease No. 6782, from FREDERICK MARTIN HATTAWAY to WILLIAM HERBERT CHARLTON and FREDERICK ALAN WILLIS, of part of Allotment 7, Block 7, of the Township of Te Kuiti, contained in Vol. 123, folio 300, of the Register-book, and evidence adduced of the loss of the duplicate of the said sublease, now notice is hereby given of my intention to register such dealing at the expiration of fourteen days from the 11th day of October, 1917, without requiring the production of the duplicate sublease.
