SCHEDULE.
TASMAN PARK.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by estimation 89,250 acres, more or less, being part of Reserve numbered 2756 and Reserve 4003, situated in Cook, Mueller, and Cass Survey Districts. Bounded towards the north-west by the County of Westland; towards the west by the Hooker Glacier, Recreation Reserve No. 2652; towards the south-west by the Hooker River and by a right line drawn from its confluence with the Tasman River to the Gorilla Creek; to the south-east by the said creek and a straight line drawn to the summit of the Leibig Range; and towards the east by the summit of the said range: save and excepting therefrom part of Run No. 215, containing 4,000 acres, and the whole of Run No. 216, 4,550 acres, which are included within the above-described boundaries.

Notifying Land in Southland Land District for Sale by Public Auction.
LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-twenty-sixth section of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Wednesday, the twenty-first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, as the time at which the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction; and I do hereby fix the price at which the said land shall be sold as that mentioned in the said Schedule hereto.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.—SOUTHLAND COUNTY.—RURAL LAND.
SECTION 31A, Block VIII, Winton Hundred: Area, 20 acres; upset price, £40.
Low-lying level land of good quality, capable of improvement by clearing and draining. Situated two miles and a half north-east of Winton Township, the last half-mile of road being unformed.
Section 2, Block XVII, New River Hundred: Area, 92 acres 1 rood 20 perches; upset price, £30.
Poor land of wet and peaty nature, covered with swamp grass and moss. Access by formed and gravelled road, except last thirty chains unformed. Situated one mile and a quarter from Taramoa Post-office and nine miles and three-quarters from Invercargill.

Opening Lands in Auckland Land District for Sale or Selection by Discharged Soldiers.
LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, having received the report of the Under-Secretary in this behalf, as provided by section one hundred and fifty-four of the said Act, do hereby declare that the lands described in the Schedule hereto, which have been set apart for selection by discharged soldiers, shall be open for sale or selection on Monday, the twenty-sixth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen; and also that the lands mentioned in the said Schedule may, at the option of the applicant, be purchased for cash, or be selected for occupation with right of purchase, or on renewable lease; and I do hereby also fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold, occupied, or leased, as mentioned in the said Schedule hereto, and do declare that the said lands shall be sold, occupied, or leased under and subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1908, and the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, and amendments.
