middle of Burnham Road to the Christchurch-Dunedin Railway line; thence by that railway-line to the middle of the Selwyn River; and thence towards the south-west generally by a line along the middle of the Selwyn River and the Wakaepa Branch of that river to the place of commencement.

PAPARUA COUNTY.

All that area in the Canterbury Land District bounded towards the north generally by a line along the middle of the Waimakariri River from a point in line with the eastern boundary of Rural Section 9616 to the north-western corner of Waimairi County as described in the New Zealand Gazette of the 4th June, 1914, page 2353; thence towards the east generally by that county to Middle Lincoln Road at the easternmost corner of Rural Section 211 in Block XIV, Christchurch Survey District, along the middle of that road to the northernmost corner of Section 327 in Block XIV, Christchurch Survey District, by that section, Sections 2176 and 550 to the Halswell Junction Road, to and along the middle of that road to a point opposite the northernmost corner of Section 952, Block XIV aforesaid; thence to and by that section to the Halswell River, and along the middle of that river to a point in line with the middle of Ellesmere Junction Road; thence towards the south generally to and by the middle of that road to the Lincoln and Prebbleton Road,

by the middle of that road to Boundary Road to and by the middle of Weedon and Springs Road to the Great South Road, by the middle of that road to the Christchurch-Dunedin Railway line, and by that railway-line to the south-eastern corner of Malvern County hereinbefore described; and thence towards the west generally by that county to the middle of the Waimakariri River, the place of commencement.
