The Right Honourable W. F. Massey, P.C., presiding in Council.

WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the twenty-third day of August, one thousand nine hundred and seven and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 76, of the twenty-ninth day of the same month, general regulations were made for fishing for salmon, trout, and perch: And whereas it is desirable to amend the said regulations:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by section eighty-three of the Fisheries Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby make the following additional general regulations for the purposes of the said Act.
