Notice published pursuant to the Provisions of Section 15 of the Public Trust Office Act, 1908, and Sections 18 and 19 of the Public Trust Office Amendment Act, 1913.
NOTICE is hereby given that, no person having taken out administration, the Public Trustee has filed in the office of the Supreme Court at Wellington an election to administer the several estates of the persons deceased whose names, residences, and occupations (so far as known) are hereunder respectively set forth, their gross properties being estimated not to exceed £400 in each case.

War Regulations Act, 1914.—Appointment of Naval Authorities.
I, JAMES ALLEN, the Minister of Defence for the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance of the authority conferred upon me by an Order in Council under the War Regulations Act, 1914, dated the 3rd day of September, 1917, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the same date, do hereby appoint the following officers of His Majesty’s Naval Forces as naval authorities for the purposes of the regulations made under the War Regulations Act, 1914, and its amendments, and I do hereby declare that each of the naval authorities so appointed shall exercise jurisdiction and authority as such throughout New Zealand:—
Captain Percival Henry Hall Thompson, R.N., Naval Adviser to the New Zealand Government; and
Paymaster William John Archer Brown, R.N.

The Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1908.—Notice of Proposed Cancellation of Registration.

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to an application in that behalf made to me by the Mataura Paper-mill Workers’ Industrial Union of Workers, registered number 304, situated at Mataura, and in exercise of the powers in this behalf conferred upon me by section 21 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1908, it is my intention to cancel the registration of that industrial union after the expiration of six weeks from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette, unless in the meantime cause is shown to the contrary.
