shall be sufficient if given by the Minister and delivered at
or posted to the last known address of the licensee in New
Zealand.

The licensee shall be liable for any injury which the
said wharf may cause any vessel or boat to sustain through
any default or neglect on his part. -
In case the licensee shall—
(1.) Commit or suffer a breach of the conditions herein-
before set forth, or any of them ;
(2.) Cease to use or occupy the said wharf for a period of
thirty days;
(3.) Fail to pay the sum specified in clause 3 of these
conditions; or
(4.) Become bankrupt, or be in any manner brought under
the operation of any law in force for the time being
relating to bankruptcy,
then and in any of the said cases this Order in Council, and
every right, power, or privilege may be revoked and deter-
mined by the Governor-General in Council without any notice
to the licensee or other proceeding whatsoever; and pub-
lication in the New Zealand Gazette of an Order in Council
containing such revocation shall be sufficient notice to the
licensee, and to all persons concerned or interested, that this
Order in Council, and the license, rights, and privileges
thereby granted and conferred, have been revoked and
determined. -
The erection of the said wharf shall be sufficient evi-
dence of the acceptance by the licensee of the terms and
conditions of this Order in Council.

Partial Revocation of Order in Council prohibiting all Aliena-
tion of certain Native Land other than Alienations in
Favour of the Crown.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this tenth day of
September, 1917.
Present :
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
WHEREAS by section three hundred and sixty-three
of the Native Land Act, 1909, it is enacted that any
Order in Council made under that section may at any time
be varied or revoked:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the
power and authority hereinbefore mentioned, and acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council
referred to in Part I of the Schedule hereto, but only in so
far as it affects the lands mentioned in Part II of the said
Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
PART I.
Order in Council under section 363 of the Native Land Act,
1909, dated the 11th December, 1916, and published in the
New Zealand Gazette dated the 14th December, 1916.
PART II.
Rangitoto-Tuhua 61r No. 2B 2B, portion comprising
approximately 102 acres to be defined by Native Land Court
order.

Partial Revocation of an Order in Council under Section 296
of the Native Land Act, 1909.
LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this tenth day of
September, 1917.
Present :
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
WHEREAS by section two hundred and ninety-six of
the Native Land Act, 1909, it is enacted that any
Order in Council made under Part XVI of that Act, or under
Part II of the Native Land Settlement Act, 1907, may be
at any time revoked, either wholly or as to any part or parts
of the land included therein, by the Governor-General by
Order in Council:
And whereas a parcel of land known as Nuhaka 2A 4A 1
Block became subject, by virtue of an Order in Council dated
the eighteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred
and eight, to the provisions of Part XVI of the Native Land
Act, 1909:
And whereas the Tairawhiti District Maori Land Board
has recommended that such land be no longer subject to
Part XVI aforesaid:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth
hereby revoke the said Order in Council dated the eighteenth
day of February, one thousand nine hundred and eight, but
only in so far as it affects Nuhaka 2A 4A 1 Block.

Partial Revocation of an Order in Council under Section 296
of the Native Land Act, 1909.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this tenth day of
September, 1917.
Present :
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
WHEREAS by order in Council dated the sixth day of
December, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen,
Hugh Mostyn Trevor, of Ohakune, Settler, was authorized
to use water from Makaranui Creek for the purpose of generat-
ing electricity at an annual rental of two shillings and six-
pence per annum as from the first day of January, one thousand
nine hundred and sixteen:
And whereas the said Hugh Mostyn Trevor abandoned the
waterworks authorized by the said Order in Council soon
after the erection of such waterworks, and the rental imposed
by the said Order in Council has been duly paid by the licensee,
who has now applied for the cancellation of the license: And
whereas it is expedient that such license should be cancelled:
