Regulations made under the Census and Statistics Act, 1910.
LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
IN exercise of the powers vested in me by the Census and Statistics Act, 1910, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the regulations made under the said Act on the eighteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, and in lieu thereof do hereby make the following regulations prescribing additional matter in regard to which the Statistician shall collect statistics.
REGULATIONS.

IN addition to the matters specified in paragraphs (a) to (j) of section 21 of the Census and Statistics Act, 1910, and in previous regulations thereunder, the Statistician shall, subject to that section, collect statistics in regard to stocks of wheat, flour, and oats.

Every person carrying on business as a farmer, grain-merchant, or grain-miller, or any other person holding stocks of wheat, flour, or oats, shall on request, within such time or times as he may be required by the Statistician so to do, furnish particulars as to stocks of wheat, flour, and oats held by him on a date or dates to be specified by the Statistician.

In order to comply with the last preceding regulation every such person shall fill up and supply to the Statistician, or to any officer authorized by him in writing, the particulars specified in the form set out in the Schedule hereto, in accordance with the instructions accompanying that form, and shall sign the form certifying to the correctness of the particulars entered therein.

These regulations shall apply to all managers and others who may for the time being be in charge of the farm, warehouse, or mill in the owner’s absence.

Land temporarily reserved as an Endowment for Primary Education in the Southland Land District.
LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Southland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, as an endowment for primary education.
SCHEDULE.
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Southland Land District, containing 10 acres 1 rood 3·4 perches, more or less, being Section 6B, Block I, Centre Hill Survey District, and bounded commencing at a point in the northern boundary of Section 6, Block I aforesaid, 3089·4 links from its north-western corner; thence at a bearing of 97° 30′ for a distance of 100·1 links, thence at a bearing of 190° 39′ 45″ for a distance of 6721·5 links, thence at a bearing of 201° 9′ 30″ for a distance of 3576·1 links, thence at a bearing of 307° for a distance of 104 links, thence at a bearing of 21° 9′ 30″ for a distance of 3538·5 links, thence at a bearing of 10° 39′ 45″ for a distance of 6706·8 links to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid distances a little more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/477, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Notice of Intention to change the Purpose of Portion of a Quarantine Reserve in Waimea Survey District, Nelson Land District.
LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms portion of a reserve heretofore duly set apart for quarantine purposes, being a purpose within Class II of the Second Schedule to the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 :
And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the portion of the said reserve should be changed to a reserve for a rifle range :
