A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owners and mortgagee of the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Waitemata County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Kaipara Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road described in the First Schedule hereto.

Reversing Part of a Proclamation taking Land for Scenic Purposes in Block III, Kiri Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, it is enacted that if at any time after the issue or making of any Proclamation taking land under the Public Works Act, 1908, and before the payment or award of any compensation in respect of the taking thereof, it is found that any land or any part thereof is not required for the purpose for which it was taken, or that any error in form or substance exists in or in relation to that Proclamation, the Governor-General may, by a subsequent Proclamation gazetted, revoke the former Proclamation, either wholly or in so far as he thinks necessary:
And whereas it is found that portion of the land taken for scenic purposes in Block III, Kiri Survey District, by a Proclamation made under the Public Works Act, 1908, dated the thirty-first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen (hereinafter termed “the said Proclamation”), and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 124, page 3424, of the second day of the following month, is not required for the purpose for which it was taken:
