Unclaimed Property.

WHEREAS by section 89 of the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part III), it is enacted that the Public Trustee shall publish in the New Zealand Gazette, and in some newspaper circulating in the district in which the property is situated, a notice of his intention to exercise the powers conferred upon him by virtue of Part III of the said Act:

Now, this is to certify that the Public Trustee is about to exercise in respect of the estate of Thomas Langdon, formerly of Wellington, Carpenter, but whose present whereabouts are unknown, the powers conferred upon him under section 87 of the said Act as amended by section 36 of the Public Trust Office Amendment Act, 1913, by an order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand made at Wellington on the 14th day of August, 1917.

Dated at Wellington this 24th day of August, 1917.
