Additional Regulation under the Tramways Amendment Act, 1910.

LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this twentieth day of August, 1917.

Present :

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by section five of the Tramways Amendment Act, 1910, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby make the following additional regulation for the purposes of paragraph (g) of the said section five; and doth hereby declare that the regulation hereby made shall form part of and be read with the regulations under the said section five made and gazetted on the second day of February, one thousand nine hundred and eleven.

REGULATION.

  1. WHERE a tramway district is or has been defined after the gazetting of the said regulations of the 2nd day of February, 1911, the notice to be published by the Clerk, as provided in paragraph (a) of clause 5 of the said regulations, shall be published not later than the twenty-eighth day after the definition of the tramway district or the gazetting of this regulation, whichever is the later, and the provisions of the said clause 5 with respect to the appointment of members of the Board of that tramway district shall accordingly be read subject to this amendment.

Amendment of the Regulations under the Apiaries Amendment Act, 1913, relating to the Export of Honey from New Zealand.—Notice No. 1895.

LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this twentieth day of August, 1917.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the twenty-second day of November, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-fifth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, regulations were made relating to the export of honey from New Zealand :

And whereas by the said regulations the export of honey is permitted only from certain specified ports, and certain stores are appointed grading-stores for honey at the places indicated therein :

And whereas it is deemed expedient to extend the list of ports from which honey may be exported from the Dominion, and to appoint an additional store to be a grading-store for honey :

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by the Apiaries Amendment Act, 1913, and of all other powers enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby amend the regulations hereinbefore mentioned to the extent set out in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that this Order in Council shall come into force on the date of the publication thereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

SCHEDULE.

CLAUSE 3 : By omitting the word “and,” and inserting after the word “Dunedin” the words “and Bluff.”

Clause 4 : By inserting the word “Bluff” under the heading “Place,” and the words “Bluff Harbour Board’s Cool Store” under the heading “Store.”

Amending Regulations under the National Provident Fund Act, 1910.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this thirteenth day of August, 1917.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by the National Provident Fund Act, 1910 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby amend in the manner hereinafter set forth the regulations made under the said Act on the fourth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, and published in the Gazette of the thirteenth day of the same month.

Forms 1 and 4 of the said regulations are hereby revoked, and the following substituted therefor :—
