Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Ikar a Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Wainui-o-mata, Section 22, Subdivision 2B, will be held and is hereby summoned, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wellington on Tuesday, the 4th day of September, 1917, at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the land known as Wainui-o-mata, Section 22, Subdivision 2B, comprising 31 acres 0 roods 14 perches, more or less, be sold to John William Burdan at a price equivalent to £13 6s. 8d. per acre, but not being less than the present Government valuation.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the South Island Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ruapuke No. 1A will be held and is hereby summoned, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Invercargill on Friday, the 14th day of September, 1917, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the owners of Ruapuke 1A Block lease the sole right to cut flax on the said block for three years (with right of renewal for another three years) at a royalty of 2s. 6d. per ton of green flax cut, with right to erect mill, construct tram-line, build jetty, and occupy land for proper utilisation of flax rights according to proper agreement, the covenants of such lease to be approved by the Board.”
