Sitting of Court for South Island Landless Natives Claims.
Wellington, 17th July, 1917.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Native Land Court will commence hearing the claims of the South Island landless Natives at Picton on Tuesday, the 31st of July, 1917, and following days, at which place the Court will hear all claims from the districts of Marlborough, Nelson, and Westland, and is prepared to hear cases from any other district if any applicant is in Court and wishes his case heard there. At the conclusion of this sitting the Court will adjourn to the Canterbury, Otago, and Southland Districts to hear the cases there, and due notice will be given of the day of hearing at these latter centres in the Gazette.
